Today's topic was supposed to be proudest moment however I need to ask the person involved before I post it. I decided to skip that challenge until then. Anyways! Today is now going to be "If I won the lottery…"
It's funny my husband and I actually had this conversation not too long ago. We bought at lottery ticket for the first time and although we knew we weren't going to win it did bring up the conversation. Obviously the first thing we talked about was paying off not only our debts but the debts of our family members. Next I would buy my husband a car so that we wouldn't have to share one anymore! Next would be moving out of our apartment. This place has done us good for the last few years but it's definitely not ideal. I'd love to own a house but that probably won't happen for a few more years. I would for sure donate a lot of money to charity or those around me in need. I am passionate about a lot of things therefore I probably try to spread the money out between different charities instead of donating it all to one place. Lastly I would put most of the money into savings. I have always been a saver and I don't think any amount of money can change that.
Another thing I want to mention is that I wouldn't want my life to change too much. Too often you hear about people who come into a lot of money end up worse off. Money doesn't buy happiness and it shouldn't be treated as if it can.
I know my answer sounds fairly cliche but it's the truth!
